Promotional Accounts
Promotional Accounts are restricted to a maximum of 2 users and a maximum of 500 records.
Web Adorable keeps separate records for people and companies. The record limit applies individually to either set of records, so you can create up to 500 records for people, as well as up to 500 records for companies.
Commercial Accounts
There are no restrictions on the number of records you can have in a Commercial Account.
Commercial Accounts are entitled to a free 30-day trial.
Commercial Accounts can register an unlimited number of Restricted Users free of charge.
Restricted Users can only look up contact details. They cannot read notes, and they cannot create, modify, delete or export any records.
Private Data Imports
We will import your existing address-book records free of charge.
We can readily import records from any of the popular address-book systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Apple-Mac Address-Book, Palm, and NowContact - and we will endeavour to import data from any other database system that is able to export its data.
File Fx Data Imports
File Fx imports and updates are charged at GBP £25.00 per session up to a maximum of GBP £100.00 per year.
The maximum annual charge covers the quarterly updates for any of the File Fx data packages.
We will not charge you extra if you subscribe to more than one data package from File Fx.

Concessions are available for charities, clubs and associations.
