Web Adorable Software Limited provides a web-hosted database application which can be accessed by its customers via the internet using a web-browser on a computer or mobile device.

Each customer is assigned a separate and uniquely identified account. Each account contains its own separate and private set of database records.

Each account maintains its own list of registered account-users.

Each account-user is provided with a unique identity and password which they must use to log in and access their database records.

Each account-user is only authorised to access the records belonging to their own account. Account-users from one account cannot access records belonging to another account.

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of your account registration information and the database records that belong to your account.

Your account registration information will be kept on a strictly confidential basis to enable us to provide you with our database services, and to invoice you for those services. We will use the account registration information we collect to administer, support, and improve our services.

We may periodically contact you when we wish to announce changes and improvements to any services which affect your account.

Your database records will also be kept on a strictly confidential basis, and we will ensure that those records can only be accessed by the registered users whom you have authorised to access your account.

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (b) enforce our Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (d) respond to user support requests.

Property Rights

We do not claim any ownership in any of the database records in your account.

We will not use any of your database records for any purpose except to provide your authorised account-users with access to those records through our database services.

Disclosure

Unless required to do so by law, we will not sell, share, or disclose any information about your account registration information or your database records to any third party without your consent.

Security

Our security measures are designed to protect your database records from being accessed by unauthorised people, to prevent unlawful processing of your database records, and to safeguard your database records from accidental loss, destruction and damage.

Data Retention

We will retain your account registration information and database records for as long as you maintain an account with us.

If you terminate your account, we will provide you with a one-time copy of your database records in a tab- or comma-delimited text file, after which your database records and account registration information will be permanently deleted from our own records.

Web-Browser Cookies

Our database application is dependant on issuing cookies to your computer when you log in to access your database records. Cookies are small text files, issued by our servers and stored on your computer, which help to identify you as a registered and authorised user.

Cookies allow us to monitor account-user activities for security purposes and to identify and personalise some features in our database services. If you set up your computer to reject cookies, some features in our database services may not function properly or be available to you.
